1. The coop and run are handmade, sold as is, unpainted.

2. All Sales are Final, No Returns, No Replacement.

3. 65% non refundable deposit at time of order.

4. Balance due upon customer pick up or prior to set up by Urban Coops.

5. Customer pick up:  Customer is responsible for loading, securing and safely delivering the coop & run undamaged to their property.

6. Payment is accepted by e-transfer or cash.
