URBAN COOP OPTIONS:

Option 1: Coop sold separately, build your own run.

Option 2: Coop sold Insulated or Uninsulated (insulate yourself). The uninsulated coop requires less lumber, less cost of labor, lighter to pick up and set up yourself which means........less cost for you!!.

Option 3: Coops available in 16sqft and 24sqft.

Option 4: Prepare your land and build your own base, pick up and set up yourself.

Option 5: Purchase and install your own predator proof wiring.

Option 6: Door to run: Placement optional to accommodate your space.

SUPERIOR HAND MADE, "HOUSE" GRADE CONSTRUCTION: 2 x 4 studs, 3/8 OSB & R12 batt insulation providing warmth in winter and coolness in summer, 22 hours of labor.
Fully insulated: Warm, draft free in severe winter weather & Cooler in summer.

24 or 16 square feet of floor space for 4-6 urban hens (Bylaw requires 4 sq. ft per hen).
0.5-1.0 sq foot per hen adjustable ventilation.
